Delivery Times
We aim to deliver all orders within the UK within 5–10 business days from the date of order. Please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, but occasionally circumstances outside our control — such as severe weather, labour disputes, or public holidays — may cause delays.
Delivery Costs
All orders come with free standard delivery. If you'd like your order sooner, priority and express delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional cost — simply select your preferred option when placing your order.
Please note that in rare cases, additional fees such as last-mile delivery charges, duties, or special taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer. See Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees for more details.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Some items may take a little longer, particularly around major holidays, or if a popular item is experiencing stock availability issues.
Once your order has entered our dispatch process, we're unable to make changes to it, including updates to the delivery address. We'll only deliver to the address provided at checkout. We process orders on business days and some Saturdays, but never Sundays. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.
For orders containing multiple items, products may occasionally be dispatched separately and arrive on different dates, though this is rare.
Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking information can sometimes take a few days to update. If it's been more than 5 business days since you placed your order and your tracking number isn't showing any activity, please get in touch with us at info@zeelar.com
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
In some rare instances, shipments may be subject to some type of additional fee for final delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If a delivery is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. Please be aware that we rely on carrier tracking and delivery confirmation timestamps when reviewing claims, so prompt reporting is important.
Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order, as we begin processing orders right away and are unable to make changes once an order has been submitted.
